Dear Sir....
I writing this letter to complain about the services,
facilities and products in the form of drugs at Duren Jaya Puskesmas,
Bekasi.
When my brother was sick and I took her to the health
center for Duren Jaya Puskesmas, I received inferior services from health
professionals, the tone was impressed grumpy because I had brought my sister to
a health center in the afternoon. The nurse said, "Why did not taken now,
why not take this morning's it!", Even though I explained that I had been
doing treatment through Poskesdes and I recently suggested to be brought to the
Puskesmas, still the attitude of health workers are still showed his annoyance.
Similarly, the condition of the wards in Duren Jaya
Puskesmas was very stuffy and hot because there is no vent so it should be put
on the fan. I had to take the fan out of the house, then place plugs in the
room was broken as well, so I had to take the long cable connection at the plug
in the next room
For a given drug from the health center Duren Jaya, I felt
a suspicion, that the drug has been given is not in accordance with the price
when purchased at the nearest pharmacy. After surveyed that drugs from the
health center is more expensive than the nearest pharmacy and the period of
validity given by Pusekesmas Duren Jaya shorter period of her, compared to the
nearest pharmacy.
So I conclude
that in addition to the service is not good, the room hospitalization also
uncomfortable, the rooms were like making breed disease and prescription drugs
that are not suitable for consumption for patients.
I look forward to the need for improving the quality of
the health center itself in order to keep the patient feel comfortable and good
waiter.
